Lady-Like

I felt quite lady-like today in this outfit.  Perhaps it’s the full skirt, or maybe it’s the beads, or even still the cardigan.  But whatever it was I really had that Donna Reed vibe going on.

Dress – Macy’s
Sandals – Nine West
Cardigan – Ann Taylor
Necklace – J Crew

  2. Hey, I dressed like a lady today too! It’s funny how much more ladylike I feel in a full skirt like this. You look fabulous and I love your necklace – it’s just perfect!

Oh god, is what I said when I saw your first photo – such a beautiful look Doreen! I love the way the color of your necklace picks up the yellow of the dress. You’re right, lady-like, and just stunning! Will NH be affected by the storm this wknd? Good luck either way!

    • The storm was not as bad as they feared, but it was a long day filled with lots of high winds and rain. My poor dog was on edge all day. I’m glad its over now. Thanks so very much for the concern.

What a beautiful way of wearing black and yellow. It’s definitely ladylike, but I think it works on you.
